KOHLE SAUER WASSER
DANCE MOVIE
„KOHLE SAUER WASSER proposes a way of thinking about movement, a reflection on our influence with the environment.Set within a mass landscape filled with recycled plastic, it questions the relationship between the body, to the material society, to the individual and to the environment, becoming and dissolving. The movement duet is an allegory about how people act and relate to each other, and how that echoes into the environment. Our thoughts and actions influence the world, reflecting on consequences and how that influences identity, community, environment and our futures.“
(Dance Cinema)
KOHLE SAUER WASSER is a dance film that shows the interaction of two performers within a landscape formed out of PET-flakes. In the midst of a shiny landscape there is a moving black spot. Its a human. He is looking for something.
